Donations to Pahari Samaj Paryavarani Kawach Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our environmental and community work. Once a donation has been successfully received and the donation confirmation email has been sent, it is treated as final and is not ordinarily refundable, because the funds are committed to our programmes.
We will review and process a refund in the following cases:
If a payment fails but an amount has been deducted from your account, that amount is reversed automatically by the payment gateway and your bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days. No request is needed from you. If the amount has not reached you after 7 working days, please write to us with the transaction reference and we will follow it up with the gateway.
Write to us at contact@pspkgreenspirituality.ngo with your name, the donation amount, the date of the transaction and the payment reference number. We acknowledge every request within 3 working days.
Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account after that depends on your bank.
The donation confirmation email sent at the time of payment is a receipt of your contribution. It is not the 80G certificate. The 80G certificate is issued separately once the donation is processed. A donation for which an 80G certificate has already been issued cannot be refunded, as the tax relief claim is tied to it.
